Soul Sound is a vocal pilgrimage to the source of your Sacred Impulse. Your Sacred Impulse acts as the medium for embodied self expression, channeling, and intuitive sound and song. ​​The Sacred Impulse can be understood as an extension of your channel, the pathways through which energy or codes move out and through the voice and body in the form of movement, creativity, and sound. The Sacred Impulse is a bridge between experience (YIN) and expression (YANG), both of which come together in the co-creation and transmission of your Soul Sound.

Your Soul Sound is the unique individuated vibrational essence that you, and only you, carry. It is the ineffable, indefinable transmission of your heart. The Song of your Sacred Self. It does not manifest as one particular song or sound, but rather as a vibrational texture or signature encoded into the very fabric of your being. We acknowledge the Soul Sound as a fundamental and ever-present aspect to who we are, the living transmission of our true nature. Through personal, ancestral, and collective trauma (unresolved experience) we loose contact with our Soul Sound. And though its song remains forever present within us, our bodies forget how to be in relationship with it and/or how to allow it's texture and essence to move through us.

Wherever you are in relation to your Soul Sound, whether you have yet to contact it, or are in the practice of transmitting and expressing it, this container is for you. Throughout our 6 sessions, we will cultivate deeper connection to and grounding within our YIN (the source and inner experience of our Soul Sound) and practice and build our capacity for our YANG (the pathways through which our Sacred Impulse transmits our Soul Sound). Journeying to the source and exploring the process of weaving its essence out and through the body in self expression and song.

This container is rooted in both spirit and somatics. There will be a particular focus on integrating the blocks and objections we hold with regard to opening to vocal and embodied self expression, most of which originate as an intelligent response to relational trauma. There will be teaching, guided vocal meditations and attunements, somatic practices, community connection, and group conversation and integration. There will also be a Telegram group for continued connection and sharing. This container draws on my Vocal Awakening and Vocal Embodiment work, as well as my education in somatics and trauma integration.

All six sessions will be recorded and made available to you within 24 hours and the recordings will remain available for viewing for the lifetime of this program. Please note that this offering consists exclusively of LIVE sessions, there will be no online materials to work with, though you will be given optional "homework" at the end of each session.
